Delivery Policy.
After placing an online order on our online store, your data is saved in our system and we receive a notification that we have an order, meanwhile you also receive an email that you have placed an order from Enarey.mk, with the status of order placed. As soon as we ship your order, your status will change and you will receive a new email that your shipment has been shipped. When the Shipper (In Post) confirms to us that they have delivered the shipment to you, then you receive a new email message that the delivery is complete.
Before the shipment is delivered, your data is printed and glued to the shipment you ordered.
The shipment is taken to In Post Radevski within 24 hours, then you should receive it in 1-3 working days. Depending on when the order was placed on our online store, at what time of day.
When placing the order, you choose what kind of delivery you would like, if you are in Shtip, your delivery will be made within 24 hours at the latest, if you are from other cities, you have the option to choose door-to-door delivery and delivery to your city. This is done because some do not need door delivery or always the carrier is not able to deliver to your place.
The executor of the delivery is obliged to inform you that the parcel has arrived in your city or to inform you before delivery, that the parcel is with them and where to deliver it to you.

Refunds, Return and exchange
Every shipment can be exchanged within 5 days from the day of receipt, in the first 24 hours you inform us that you want an exchange, while in the next 4 days we make an exchange on behalf of you. If you don’t like the product, we will refund you in full, with the return cost being yours.
There is an additional charge of MKD 150 for the replaced shipment, a cost that is borne by the buyer.
Each shipment can only be exchanged once.
